Responsibilities

Experienced in defensive and offensive skills related to Air Force Cyber (AFCYBER) activities; full-spectrum, multi-capability integrated cyber operations are the focus of this capability
The contractor shall provide subject matter expertise in all areas of AFCYBER Operations to include but not limited to: 16AF employment of Cyber capabilities, 16AF presentation of forces to support commanders, tactical and operational mission planning, execution for battle space effects, and synchronization of Non-Cyber capabilities
In-depth knowledge of any of the following areas is a plus: Systems Training Plans (STP), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), Master Training Task Lists (MTTLs), Task Analysis Worksheets (TAWs), Training Task Lists (TTLs)
Experience with advanced/specialized training in support of Air Combat Command (ACC), AFCYBER, US Cyber Command (USCC) and the US Government is a plus
Other duties as assigned

Required

An Associate's degree is required
A minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of Cyber/IT Field
IAT/M Level II Certification
Top Secret Clearance/SCI required (must be able to obtain)
Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to routinely climb / descend stairs
On occasion must be able to lift 30 pounds
Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows / knees, and reach above / below shoulders
Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions

In-depth knowledge of Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA)
In-depth knowledge of Master Training Task Lists (MTTLs)
