Responsibilities
Create signature Which Wich sandwiches with precision and creativity, catering to each customer’s unique preferences
Provide friendly and efficient service, assisting guests in making their perfect sandwich choices
Conduct transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth customer experience
Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting for guests
Assist in maintaining stock levels, ensuring ingredients and supplies are readily available
Collaborate with fellow team members, contributing to a supportive and respectful work culture
Embrace training and feedback to enhance your skills in sandwich making and customer service
Show consistency in punctuality and preparedness for each scheduled shift
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a customer service position
Good knowledge of how cash registers operate
Availability to take evening and weekend shifts occasionally
Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Ability to communicate effectively in English
At least 18 years of age
Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work on their feet for several hours at a time
Ability to lift potentially heavy objects when necessary
