Maintenance Manager

Talent Bridge is hiring for the role of Maintenance Manager, which provides leadership and technical oversight in an industrial manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance operations, ensuring asset reliability, cost control, and safety performance while collaborating with production and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as a member of the plant leadership team, supporting a high-performance and safety-focused culture
Provide leadership and technical guidance for mechanical, electrical, and reliability maintenance functions
Oversee maintenance operations to meet key performance indicators and operational priorities
Align maintenance strategies with production demands and business objectives
Plan and manage major maintenance activities and support capital project recommendations
Lead, coach, train, and develop maintenance team members
Develop, manage, and control department budgets
Analyze maintenance and operational performance data to drive continuous improvement
Optimize overall equipment effectiveness while managing sustainable maintenance costs
Prepare reports, perform statistical analysis, and maintain required documentation
Collaborate closely with production, quarry, quality, and engineering teams
Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies across all work areas
Perform additional duties as required to support plant operations

Required

Bachelor's degree required
5–7 years of management experience in cement manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment
Knowledge of industrial processing methods and maintenance planning techniques
Proficiency with standard office and reporting software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation tools)
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to perform essential job functions in a safety-sensitive environment, with reasonable accommodations provided as required by law

Preferred

Engineering discipline preferred (Mechanical or Process Engineering)
Experience with enterprise maintenance or planning systems preferred
