New Grad, Entry LevelAmrize is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator (Loader Operator) to help build North America by safely transporting materials within the quarry. This role involves operating and maintaining heavy equipment, ensuring efficient material movement in alignment with production requirements.

Responsibilities
Operate mobile equipment including front-end loaders (993s, 992s, 988s, 980s, etc.), dozers, backhoes, graders, excavators, skid steers, haul trucks, fuel trucks, and dredges as needed
Inspect all operating equipment each shift; complete inspection sheets and report problems
Correct equipment malfunctions or report issues to the quarry supervisor if unresolved
Perform cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Maintain accurate counts of material additions and communicate with quality personnel to adjust material blends as required
Communicate safety, maintenance, and production needs clearly with supervisors and team members
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety on-site
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and write required
Prior experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment
Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Dependable and able to work in fast-paced environments
Ability to learn plant flow, operations, and screening processes
Team player, willing to assist co-workers and supervisors as needed
Flexibility to work shift schedules, callouts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved PPE, including respirators where required (clean-shaven for seal fit)
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Quarry or construction experience preferred
Experience working in varying weather conditions
