In this role, you will implement procurement strategies, coordinate procurement of goods and services, and support supplier management in alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with local management to anticipate procurement needs
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in coordination with operations
Ensure compliance with global and local procurement policies and procedures
Conduct RFx processes according to company standards
Measure procurement performance using KPIs and existing reporting templates
Manage agreements for plant operations equipment and parts
Track savings and performance results
Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies and promote a culture of safety
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years in procurement, sourcing, or category management roles
Exposure to supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and procurement best practices
Experience creating procurement contracts and understanding technical product requirements
Strong computer skills
Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Preferred
SAP experience preferred
