The role focuses on developing, implementing, and monitoring reliability and preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment availability, safety, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze reliability-based systems, including preventive maintenance and condition monitoring programs
Support the development of preventive maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs)
Assist with predictive and preventive maintenance programs (vibration analysis, oil analysis, inspections, thermography, etc.)
Coordinate preventive maintenance work orders with operations and maintenance teams
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Support efforts to improve equipment reliability and mean time between failures (MTBF)
Adhere to all applicable health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
0–3 years of experience; exposure to heavy manufacturing environments is preferred
Familiarity with maintenance and reliability systems
Working knowledge of tools such as SAP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, or similar systems
Preferred
Basic understanding of vibration analysis, FMEA, and non-destructive testing methods
General knowledge of industrial equipment, motors, instrumentation, and process controls
