Service Desk Analyst I

eVirtual Recruiting is seeking two Service Desk Analyst I professionals to join their IT support team for a one‑year contract. In this role, you will serve as the first line of support for end‑users, helping resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues with efficiency and professionalism.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to incoming support requests via phone, email, and voicemail
Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues
Use fact‑finding questions to identify root causes and guide users toward solutions
Provide user education and guidance while resolving technical requests
Log, track, and update all incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
Maintain a positive, service‑oriented attitude in all interactions
Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to support after‑hours needs

Required

Associate degree or higher
1+ year of Help Desk or Service Desk support experience
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Windows
1+ year of experience with Active Directory
1+ year of experience with Citrix
1+ year of experience in at least one of the following: Microsoft Office
1+ year of experience in at least one of the following: Microsoft Azure
