Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, fabricators, and vendors
Lead all phases of design: concept, schematic, design development, and documentation
Source and specify materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings
Design custom furniture and bespoke elements
Create visual research, presentations, and design decks
Produce full drawing sets, specifications, schedules, and documentation
Manage budgets, timelines, and procurement
Support construction administration and installations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional interior design experience (1+ year at senior level preferred)
Degree from an accredited Interior Design program
Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail
Full knowledge of the design process from concept through installation
Excellent hand sketching and rendering skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, Studio Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Google Workspace
Confident presentation and communication skills
Experience working with high-end / high-profile residential clients
Reliable, adaptable, and collaborative with strong independent judgment
Preferred
1+ year at senior level preferred
