Responsibilities

Leads the organization of the technologies under its responsibility to ensure PQCDSM ( P-production, Q-quality, C-cost, D-delivery, S-safety, M-morale) results following daily management system (run to target) and P&G systems, with the aim of eliminating losses and defects which prevent or disrupt line leaders from delivering their results

Responsible for developing the training of the team according to the principles of IWS (integrated work system) and aligned with our purpose-values and principles
