Responsibilities
Analyze, interpret, and precisely markup complex private markets documents for data extraction
Set the standard of excellence in financial statement analysis and detailed data capture requirement generation
Provide direct input into advanced AI model training efforts by identifying extraction errors, edge cases, and patterns
Work closely with engineers to enhance accuracy, provide timely feedback, and refine extraction models iteratively
Collaborate actively with product managers, engineers, and other data operations analysts to streamline processes
Clearly document issues, edge cases, and resolutions for continuous learning and operational improvement
Regularly execute rigorous quality assurance tests to maintain data integrity and accuracy
Report and escalate anomalies or persistent issues for strategic resolution
High accuracy rates and consistent adherence to markup and extraction standards
Measurable improvements in AI model performance as a direct result of your operational input
Effective collaboration with product and engineering, contributing significantly to continuous model development and learning
Elevation of the private markets data knowledge and discussion across the team
Qualification
Required
4–7 years experience in private markets financial analysis, fund operations, or fund administration roles
Proven experience marking up financial documents (e.g. capital calls, distributions, audited financial statements)
Prior experience or clear aptitude for working with engineering, AI teams, or automation-driven processes
Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to data accuracy standards
