Industrial Engineer Staff (Level 4)

Responsibilities

Responsible for the Integration of functional Industrial Engineering solutions for F-35 Wing Systems and F35 Aircraft Final Finishes teams in a team lead and above the floor capacity
Analyzing and developing production plans, creating and monitoring production health metrics, and shop floor continuous improvement activities
Enhancing all production related activities through the use of automation techniques and a variety of software
Performing as project manager and team lead; helping to mentor and coach a small team of shop floor IEs
Working closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and a variety of Production support functions

Required

Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline
Experience developing production plans in a professional environment
Experience with forecasting methods (learning curves, parametric estimates)
Experience with statistical analysis or data analysis or database operations
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Preferred

Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes
Experience with one or more of the following Data Analytics tools: Regression analysis, statistical process control, data mining, SQL statement experience, R, Cobra, Python, Tableau, etc
Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW)
Experience with analytical and project planning tools and software, MS Office Suite, or Electronic Crew manager (ECM)
Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA, etc.)
Project management experience
Team leadership experience
