Responsibilities
Assist sales team with analysis of user base in SMARTLINK system and develop a phase strategy
Assist with customer set up of system
Lead customer informational meetings
Report on progress and define key blockages
Learn and teach the Smartlink system
Cold Calling for Customer Satisfaction and Follow ups
Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and sales team
Driven and hard-working
Ability to take direction and multi-task
Preferred
PowerBI, Word and Excel experience a plus
