Albertsons Companies is at the forefront of the revolution in retail, and they are seeking a Part-Time Fulfillment Specialist for their Central Fulfillment Center. The role involves processing and shipping prescription orders, maintaining automated production lines, and ensuring the accuracy of orders while working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company

Assist with preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores. These are non-technician tasks to support central fill operations

Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders

Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment. Works with transportation partners to ship completed totes to stores

Assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions. Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed

Monitoring and maintaining uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, ensuring continuous operation through basic troubleshooting of routine errors

Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed

Create and maintain documentation as requested

Assist Inventory Technicians as requested. Participate in Inventory Audits

Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations

Required

High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment

Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information

Preferred

Licensed with the Board of Pharmacy in Arizona as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee or Pharmacy Technician

Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc
