Responsibilities

Provide trauma-informed care and behavioral stabilization for individuals with complex needs including behavioral health conditions, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual/developmental disabilities

Assist individuals in addressing their behavioral health needs, skill development, and tracking relevant health outcomes

Coordinate, facilitate, and implement therapeutic activities, outings, skill development training, and crisis prevention and de-escalation

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Work with individuals, parents/guardians, Boundless staff, and outside providers that support treatment

Qualification

Required

Must be at least 18 years of age

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or another related field OR at least 3 years or more of experience in the mental health field

Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing

High School Diploma or GED Required

First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant; delegated nursing

Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance

No more than 5 points on license

Preferred

Three-year experience working with individuals with behavioral health conditions, autism spectrum disorder, and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities

Experience in a residential treatment or inpatient setting

Experience working in a coaching/leadership role
