Vica by Annabelle Selldorf is a furniture collection based in New York City, seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This role involves supporting sales and marketing initiatives, managing client relations, and executing creative marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and design professionals to the showroom, guiding them in selecting products from Vica’s furniture and partner collections that meet their needs
Proactively identify and engage new clients through outreach, networking, and participation in industry events
Support the full sales process from initial inquiry through order coordination and fulfillment
Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing showroom that reflects the Vica brand
Manage samples, inventory, and vendor coordination
Prepare quotes, follow up, invoices, and order documentation
Contribute to sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth
Provide support for merchandising, installations, and logistics
Plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms to promote the Vica brand
Manage and update website content on WordPress and third-party sales platforms including product listings, imagery, and news
Create and schedule Instagram posts and paid social campaigns
Assist with e-blast creation, editing, and scheduling
Maintain and organize client databases and marketing lists
Track and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate campaign performance
Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and other creative partners as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, design or visual arts
2+ years of design industry experience
Desire to work in a growing brand with the opportunity to experience multiple facets of the furnishings, interior, and architecture industries
Strong organization skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp)
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Basic knowledge of WordPress
Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks
Strong business and management acumen
Ability to work with integrity, trust, and commitment

Preferred

Proficiency in using Studio Designer software is a plus
