The Program Manager oversees the daily operation of a 28-bed in-patient Women's Recovery Program, ensuring all programmatic responsibilities are met and performance standards are upheld.

Responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the program, to ensure that performance standards are upheld and that all individuals and staff are working following agency requirements, mission, goals, and principles
Monitor and oversee the daily schedule of the staff and individuals
Together with the Clinical Director, develop a curriculum to foster the growth and independence of the individuals
Lead groups and train staff in groups as applicable to the curriculum
Develop outcomes to measure the efficiency of groups and the effectiveness of facilitators
Provide leadership to all staff by creating a positive work climate and creating a cohesive team environment
Promote the professional growth of all staff through coaching, mentoring, and continuous training
Ensure ongoing system for measuring quality of services and compliance with DPH regulations and Bridgewell policies and procedures
The Program manager assumes the supervisory responsibility of the program and staff in the absence of the Clinical Director
Ensure that services are maintained according to DPH, BSAS, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards
Ensure compliance with program budgets through consistent monitoring of financial analysis and various reports
Build and maintain positive relationships with funding sources, community groups, families, and other service providers
Provide coverage to individuals as needed
Participate/manage after-hours on-call rotation
Maintain core training certifications
Knowledgeable in the areas of; Addiction, Trauma Informed Care, and Medication Management
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Individual and group counseling experience required
Minimum of five years experience working with people who suffer from the Disease of Addiction or psychiatric disabilities, three years supervisory/administrative capacity
Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as presentation skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff
Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships
Demonstrated computer proficiency
Ability to maintain records accurately and thoroughly
Capable of responding to crisis
Have the ability to recognize client body language and gestured cues
Have the ability to hear and differentiate tone, modulations, and escalation of voice, to identify and monitor escalated behaviors and to maintain a safe environment
Ability to communicate with emergency services (i.e. Ambulance, fire, and police)
