Delegating tasks and leveraging your leadership team for maximum results
Utilizing technology platforms like ServiceTitan, Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint to track metrics and streamline communication
Maintaining composure and focus, even when things are moving fast
Qualification
Required
5+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 25 or more employees
Service or operations experience (electrical industry experience a plus)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with technology and performance-tracking tools
Sales or customer-facing experience
A growth mindset and passion for coaching others
Natural curiosity, direct communication, and the ability to motivate diverse personalities
