The Financial Analyst will provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting to management for the Global Freight & Distribution organization, focusing on financial forecasting and expense management for the US, Caribbean & Latin America operations.

Responsibilities
Routinely performs financial planning and analysis activities for the Global Freight & Distribution network, with a focus on expense management. May include any combination of the following areas: budgeting and forecasting, accrual of liabilities, gross margin improvement projects, capital projects, FX, and headcount reporting
Participates in ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by finance management
Provides routine reports to management based on knowledge of finance systems and knowledge of the Global Freight & Distribution operations
Partners with key geographies to consolidate month-end analysis and commentary related to the financial close cycle
Prepares consolidated reporting, presentations and analysis for quarterly LBE cycles
Executes annual goals and objectives as defined by the Global Freight & Distribution team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
1+ year(s) of related experience
Previous experience working with MS Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint; must have strong proficiency with relevant financial systems applications
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
