Loader Operator

Talent Bridge is seeking a Loader Operator to join Amrize and help ensure materials are safely moved, stored, and managed while building a career with a company shaping North America. The Loader Operator will safely operate rubber-tired, front-end loaders to move and stockpile bulk materials, perform routine equipment maintenance, and support plant operations.

Responsibilities

Operate straight or articulated rubber-tired loaders with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket to lift and transport materials
Perform daily operational tasks at plant facilities, including Ready Mix operations
Start engine, operate controls to scoop, lift, transport, and dump materials safely
Follow standard procedures and supervisors’ instructions; work is periodically reviewed for safety and efficiency
Conduct routine maintenance, including lubrication, fueling, cleaning, and reviewing maintenance logs
Perform daily pre-trip safety inspections and report defects
Maintain safe work areas, proper stockpile berms, and appropriate inventory levels
Load bins and haul trucks while ensuring safe material handling
Perform additional duties as assigned
Demonstrate commitment to safety, health, and environmental policies and promote a culture of safety

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 12 months of loader operator experience (CAT950 preferred)
Prior experience in heavy equipment, construction, or asphalt operations is preferred
Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge
Proven safety record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize work and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators where required. Employees must be clean-shaven at the respirator seal to pass fit tests

Preferred

Prior experience in heavy equipment, construction, or asphalt operations is preferred
Minimum 12 months of loader operator experience (CAT950 preferred)
