They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales & Retention Representative to drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships through proactive sales and customer retention strategies.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals

Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate contracts

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Engage with existing customers to prevent cancellations and reduce churn

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve satisfaction

Offer upgrades, cross-sells, and loyalty incentives

Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain long-term relationships

Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align strategies

Analyze customer feedback and retention metrics to improve processes

Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retention roles

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and meet performance goals

Proficient in CRM software; experience with Smart Service Cloud is a plus, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

High school diploma required
