Engage with qualified prospective clients to present insurance solutions
Conduct virtual and phone-based sales meetings

Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
Support team growth through mentorship and leadership development (as applicable)
Attend required virtual meetings and occasional in-person training events
Qualification
Required
Prior sales experience required; B2C sales experience preferred
Interest in leadership, mentorship, or sales management
Ability to follow established processes and accept coaching
Reliable, self-directed work habits
Active Life and/or Health insurance producer license or willingness to obtain one (step-by-step direction provided)
Comfort using Zoom, phone systems, and CRM tools
