Responsibilities
Establish, revise, and enforce quality protocols for incoming materials, in-process checks, and final product inspections
Design and implement testing and evaluation methods to ensure precision and accuracy in production processes, equipment, and finished products
Investigate in-process rejections, determine root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions
Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and provide technical guidance
Support and lead internal and external audits to maintain compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Conduct PFMEA, Control Plan development, and Measurement System Analysis to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to global standards (GLP, GMP, ISO, Six Sigma) and aerospace/defense requirements (DO-254, DO-178)
Prepare product/process assurance documentation and generate reports to highlight trends, recommend updates, and improve quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Internal Lead Auditor certification; Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent experience)
2–3 years of experience in a technical environment, preferably electronics manufacturing
Hands-on experience with electronic hardware/software process assurance
Strong knowledge of APQP/PPAP methodologies (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan)
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills (oral and written)
