Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales calls with the goal of converting leads into customers
Use a consultative approach to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions
Upsell and cross-sell services to increase customer value and revenue per interaction
Hit and exceed monthly sales quotas with consistency
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM
Collaborate with a high-performing team to share techniques and stay sharp on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales goals
Strong verbal communication, rapport-building, and closing skills
Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
High school diploma or GED
