Senior Recruiting Coordinator
PeopleScout is seeking a dedicated Senior Recruiting Coordinator who is passionate about customer experience and providing top-tier service. The role involves multi-tasking, organization, and leading multiple hiring projects across client locations.

Responsibilities
Frequent travel to client locations and conduct in person meetings with the HR teams regarding their staffing requirements
Assist with coordinating and conducting on site interviews and hiring events
Provide direct support to candidates, hiring managers, and hiring teams
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement)
Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement
Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity
Perform additional responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience within full cycle recruiting
Proven experience handling HR generalist responsibilities (employee relations, onboarding, compliance support, etc)
Experience working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Detail oriented and highly organized
Self-motivated and passionate about talent acquisition
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
