Breast Oncology Program Manager
Renown Health is seeking a Breast Oncology Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and growth of an interdisciplinary Breast Oncology program. Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and growth of an interdisciplinary Breast Oncology program, ensuring alignment across clinical, operational, and administrative teams
Leverage cancer registry and clinical data to drive quality improvement, operational efficiency, and improved patient outcomes
Build and sustain community partnerships, referral pathways, and philanthropic collaborations to expand access to Breast Oncology services
Identify and lead grant development efforts to secure funding that supports program expansion and innovation
Collaborate with support services and organizing systems necessary for a multidisciplinary approach to providing quality cancer care and advancing the cancer program toward National Cancer Institute (NCI) designation
Communicate resource needs both internally and externally
Emphasize quality improvement, accreditation management, program expansion, and data-driven performance optimization
Oversee complex oncology programs and performance improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities for improvement and drive measurable changes by leveraging standardized quality improvement methodologies
Ensure the effectiveness of patient care delivery systems
Align with various accreditation and quality standards for cancer care
Qualification
Required
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare program management, quality improvement, or public health required
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience in oncology program management, accreditation coordination, or clinical quality improvement preferred
