Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and support technicians to ensure timely, high-quality project completion while maintaining safety standards
Respond promptly to emergency calls, guide clients through the restoration process, and build trust through clear, compassionate communication
Oversee all aspects of restoration work, including equipment setup, safety management, and quality assurance
Maintain accurate job records, manage project workflows, and ensure proper care of company vehicles and equipment
Qualification
Required
Flexible schedule, including availability for on-call rotations and weekend shifts
Reliable, customer-focused, and a strong team player
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (must live within 30 minutes of our Addison office)
Ability to lift at least 75 pounds
Clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
Willingness to work overtime when necessary
Preferred
Experience in carpet cleaning, water extraction, mitigation, and demolition is preferred but not required
