Information Technology
Responsibilities
Underwrite 2–3 new files/day and process 6–8 final approvals/day (volume dependent)
Partner with Loan Structure & Precision Income teams to finalize approvals
Perform credit reviews and quality control; approve/deny loans promptly
Ensure adherence to investor guidelines (FHA, HUD, VA, VA IRRRL, VA SAR, TrumsID Registration) and regulatory standards
Collaborate with clients and compliance to resolve documentation issues
Qualification
Required
3+ years mortgage underwriting experience
strong FHA/VA/conventional knowledge
Proficiency with AUS, Encompass, and Excel
understanding of HMDA and federal/state regs
Preferred
FHA/HUD/VA credentials (incl. VA SAR)
TrumsID Registration
