Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain workstation PC's

Provide desktop (end-user support) for Microsoft Office applications

Monitor and answer help desk

Enter help desk requests and resolutions into help desk tracking system

Inventory PC's and related hardware

Maintain software images for deployment

Required

High school diploma or GED is required

COMPTIA A+ Certification or a minimum of two years of experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware, operating systems, and applications on desktop PC's and peripherals in a networked Windows 10 environment

Must possess strong problem-solving skills and end-user support abilities

Travel: Employee must have reliable transportation available

Must be able to read, write and speak the English language

Valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency standards and reliable transportation
