Assist clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes by providing excellent service and expertise
Cultivating client relationships
Marketing properties
Conducting property assessments
Preparing documentation
Negotiating contracts
Leverage CasaLuxe's tools and resources to grow their brand and portfolio
Qualification
Required
Valid Real Estate License is required
Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property processes
Proven Sales experience, especially in real estate or related industries
Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
Well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in using CRM tools, marketing platforms, and digital tools (familiarity with the BoldTrail Suite is a plus)
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
Preferred
Previous experience in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale real estate market is a plus
