Responsibilities
Support plant equipment operation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Monitor reliability-based systems, including preventive maintenance, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring
Participate in creating preventive maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs) for new equipment
Manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs (inspection, vibration, oil analysis, NDT, thermography, etc.) to maximize equipment availability
Analyze and eliminate recurring equipment issues using root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, statistical review, and FMEA techniques
Support sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) for major equipment
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability
Coordinate SAP operations for PMR optimization with maintenance planners
Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel, emphasizing reliability concepts
Demonstrate commitment to safety, health, and environmental policies; promote a culture of safety
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience
Work Experience: 0–3 years
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Travel Requirements: Approximately 5%
Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved PPE, including respirators where required
