Nonprofit Program Intern

Read Better Be Better is an education nonprofit organization focused on solving Arizona's literacy crisis. As the Nonprofit Program Development Intern, you will work directly with the program management team to support administration, assist in creating program materials, and facilitate community outreach and external communications.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Assist in program development as needed
Communicate with high school participants in a professional manner
Work with high school students and department employees to ensure effective program implementation
Provide feedback to Pathways department to assist in the implementation of both pathways
Support staff to implement internal and external communications
Support the creative process of materials (print and electronic)
Provide general administrative and office support
Perform all other duties as assigned that are required of the intern in this position
