The Lead Researcher will define and lead independent research agendas, oversee large-scale research activities, and drive translation toward industrial relevance.

Oversee large-scale research activities, including data generation, validation, and applied experimentation

Drive translation toward industrial relevance or system-level impact

Shape collaboration with enterprise or industry partners, with full autonomy in partner selection

Act as a senior technical authority, contributing to long-term capability building

Qualification

Required

PhD or equivalent credentials in engineering, materials science, physics, energy systems, or related fields
