This paid, hands-on internship offers exposure to business operations, financial review, and site-level management while working closely with plant leadership.

Responsibilities
Assist with weekly and monthly reporting related to production and spending goals
Review profit and loss statements and support cost-reduction initiatives
Coordinate with vendors and support inventory planning activities
Perform administrative and scale-house support duties
Support plant leadership with day-to-day operational tasks
Follow all safety, environmental, and health standards
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
Willingness to spend time in both office and field environments
Preferred
Interest in operations, manufacturing, or industrial environments
