Talent Bridge is seeking a Dispatch Manager to lead a seasoned team within the Ready Mix Concrete organization. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations in the distribution center, ensuring customer service activities align with organizational objectives, and managing complex customer situations.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Ensure customer service activities align with strategic organizational objectives
Monitor workflows to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, review order entry, and optimize driver schedules
Intervene in escalated customer service situations and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure order processing and dispatch accuracy and timeliness
Provide daily oversight for the Dispatch Center team and collaborate with sales, plant, quality, and collections personnel
Analyze service data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements
Perform cost analysis to ensure optimal resource utilization
Lead and manage front-line and professional support teams to maximize efficiency and results
Conduct root cause analysis of issues and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence
Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years in a related field
Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators where required
