3+ years expTalent Bridge is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance at their waste tire processing facility. This role involves managing staff, production equipment, and operational schedules to optimize productivity and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of tire-derived fuel production within volume and cost budgets
Operate mobile and tire-shredding equipment safely and efficiently
Optimize and maintain operating schedules to maximize productivity and equipment life
Serve as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Collections Supervisor
Maintain KPIs, including production reports, shift logs, and shredder maintenance records
Schedule, supervise, and train staff for equipment maintenance, wear part changeovers, and repairs
Conduct mobile equipment inspections and coordinate repairs with the shop
Coordinate with the Collections Supervisor to manage customer and company trailer operations
Address non-routine operational issues and provide solutions in real time
Interface with Amrize personnel, visitors, customers, and transporters
Train personnel on shredders and mobile equipment operation
Foster a culture of safety and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of equivalent experience
3–5 years of operational experience in a technical work environment related to waste management
3+ years in a Supervisory or Managerial role
Proficient in Excel, Word, Project; SAP experience preferred
Commitment to safety protocols and proper use of PPE, including respirators as required
Clean-shaven where respirator seal meets the face for qualitative and quantitative fit tests
Preferred
Field of Study Preferred: Sciences, Business, or related field
SAP experience preferred
