Administrative Assistant – Schedule & Testing Coordinator-FHS

ServingSchools is dedicated to providing quality education and support in the Falmouth High School community. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to coordinate standardized testing, manage student scheduling, and maintain academic records while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Education

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for standardized testing (AP, PSAT, NWEA/MTYA, Seal of Biliteracy)
Manage student registration and course scheduling in PowerSchool
Create and maintain course codes and sections
Maintain and update student transcripts and academic records
Support updates to the Program of Studies Website and related materials
Assist with student schedule changes and data reporting
Provide timely communication regarding scheduling and testing
Serve as a liaison with families, staff, and outside agencies
Uphold confidentiality and district policies
Other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
Experience in a school support position preferred
Experience with student info systems (PowerSchool preferred)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and technical skills
Skilled in using spreadsheets and word processing tools; experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive) preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Must hold or obtain Maine CHRC certification and pass background check

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
Experience in a school support position preferred
Experience with student info systems (PowerSchool preferred)
Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive) preferred
