The Spray Liner Tech/Installer will provide professional installation services for spray on bedliners and ensure exceptional customer service while managing inventory and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

Providing professional installation services for spray on bedliners

Prepare vehicles for spray application, including drying, cleaning, debris removal, obstruction removal, lining, taping, papering, and sanding beds

Apply spray coatings to vehicles according to specifications

Assisting with a wide range of other aftermarket accessories installations, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics

Delivering outstanding support and building lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations at every interaction

Perform thorough cleaning of the spray booth, equipment, and filters after each application as well as on a weekly basis

Conduct daily maintenance and checks of spray equipment, perform repairs as needed, and manage replacement part inventory

Prepare machines and equipment for the following day's operations

Implementing effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels of spray materials, tape, and paper, and ensure proper storage of incoming stock
