The role involves supervising technicians, managing electrical maintenance activities, and executing control system projects as part of the Build4Growth Program.

Responsibilities
Promote safety and safe work practices in all areas, including electrical safety for employees and contractors
Supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians in completing daily work orders and assigned projects
Manage electrical preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including systematic inspections, data collection, and analysis using traditional and advanced diagnostic tools
Ensure accurate documentation of electrical schematics and spare parts inventory
Maintain compliance with environmental requirements in system programming
Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including equipment files, compliance records, and repair history
Evaluate and implement computer control equipment to meet plant requirements
Define, write, and implement changes to process control programs
Provide training and guidance on control systems to plant personnel
Troubleshoot control system hardware and software issues
Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience
Self-starter, highly motivated, and a collaborative team player
Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved PPE, including respirators where applicable
