They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis, planning, and delivery of multiple service line system migrations across Sumer.

Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of system migrations across the group
Work with teams across local hubs and central functions to understand and confirm what they need from new systems
Map current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies
Produce clear, practical documentation such as business requirements, process maps, and impact assessments
Work closely with IT teams and external suppliers to ensure solutions meet agreed needs
Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
Assist with change impact assessments and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Track progress, risks, and issues, escalating where appropriate
Ensure appropriate governance, controls, and documentation are maintained throughout delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering system or software change programmes
Experience supporting system migrations or large-scale technology change initiatives
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Experience working with senior stakeholders across a group structure
Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex situations with sound judgement
Understanding of data migration principles and system integrations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex processes and systems
Ability to engage stakeholders with empathy, balancing business needs with the impact of change on teams
Preferred
Experience within professional services, financial services, or multi-entity organisations is advantageous
