Responsibilities
Support daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production planning activities
Maintain inventory accuracy and champion data integrity across SAP systems
Support procurement, goods receipt, and vendor account administration
Assist with forecasting, accruals, and monthly inventory reconciliation
Collaborate with plant, fleet, logistics, quality, and operations teams
Resolve production and inventory discrepancies with site leadership
Support vendor compliance documentation as required
Communicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly to leadership
Promote and adhere to all safety, environmental, and health policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience or demonstrated understanding of manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial operations
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Background in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
