Contribute to PSDS scoped app development and platform enhancements across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/IRM/SPM
Build/maintain integrations; support documentation and unit testing
Participate in Agile ceremonies; deliver increments aligned to standards and best practices
Support configuration, scripting, and change management activities

Qualification

ServiceNow developmentScripting fundamentalsAgile/Scrum participationHAM Pro/SAM familiarityPublic-sector familiarityProgress toward CAD/CIS

Required

ServiceNow development and scripting fundamentals; exposure to PSDS
Familiarity with HAM Pro/SAM and core modules
Public-sector familiarity; Agile/Scrum participation
Typical experience band cited: 3–5 years overall ServiceNow experience (vendor should clearly label as Junior and show module contributions)

Preferred

Progress toward CAD/CIS or equivalent coursework
