Responsibilities
Translate strategic visions into tangible plans and goals to optimize host acquisition, retention, and experience scalability
Foster strong stakeholder engagement across various teams to ensure program alignment with company goals
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and inform leadership decisions
Define, monitor, and refine performance tracking metrics and KPIs to enhance business outcomes
Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to develop tooling for improving efficiency and automating processes
Qualification
Required
Strong analytics and proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and Excel; SQL preferred
Experience in marketplace growth, supply operations, or consulting, particularly with performance marketing and sales execution
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of driving ownership and results
Prior experience in marketplace, growth or supply operations, with exposure to SMB and B2B sales cycles is essential for this role
