Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for contract manufacturing clients, managing all supply chain touchpoints from initial onboarding through delivery
Lead daily operations and supply chain execution for multiple packaging and co-manufacturing projects
Partner with internal teams across operations, procurement, logistics, and production to meet timeline and quality targets
Build production plans and timelines for high-volume SKUs across multiple facilities
Troubleshoot and resolve delays related to materials, capacity, or fulfillment
Maintain and update systems in SAP to reflect project status, materials availability, and production schedules
Align with KPIs related to OTIF, cost control, and client satisfaction
Prepare and deliver performance reports both internally and to clients
Drive improvements across the contract manufacturing supply chain—streamlining processes and supporting expansion initiatives
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
5–10 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations within a food manufacturing environment
Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead complex projects involving internal teams and external clients
Hands-on, team-first mindset with willingness to step in and support other departments when needed
Self-motivated and proactive — you don't wait for problems to solve themselves
Preferred
Strong background in contract manufacturing or co-manufacturing preferred
Experience using ERP systems — SAP preferred; open to NetSuite, Oracle, etc
