Responsibilities
Process deposits, withdrawals, and routine banking transactions
Assist customers with account inquiries and issue resolution
Promote banking products and services tailored to client needs
Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Strong customer service orientation
High attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Preferred
Prior experience as a teller, associate, or in a banking role preferred
