Responsibilities
Analyze plant operations and recommend process improvements supported by cost-benefit analysis
Support the development and implementation of process control automation and related computer-based systems
Prepare and maintain reports on operational efficiency, process performance, and failure investigations
Conduct testing and data analysis to evaluate and improve equipment and process performance
Support compliance with environmental, quality, and operational standards
Provide training and support to operations teams on SAP, TIS, and other process-related systems
Assist with implementation of new systems and tools to improve operational data management
Participate in ISO audits and month-end operational reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement initiatives
Promote adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across all work areas
Perform other duties consistent with the scope of the role
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and exposure to SAP or process reporting systems
Preferred
Degree in Chemical Engineering
Experience in cement, heavy industry, or continuous-process manufacturing
Familiarity with process automation, control systems, and data analysis tools
