Required

Experience in conducting competitor research to understand product positioning, feature gaps, and user adoption patterns
Experience in supporting user retention initiatives and community management (Discord)
Ability to work remotely in a flexible, async-friendly environment
High trust and high standards in work ethic
Strong communication skills for alignment with founders
