They are seeking a Member Service Representative who will provide friendly and accurate service to members, assisting them with various financial transactions and educating them about available products and services.

Responsibilities

Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Greet and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries
Educate members about credit union products and services to help meet their financial goals
Maintain cash drawer accuracy and daily balancing standards
Open, update, and close accounts following proper identification and compliance procedures
Support branch sales and referral goals for deposits, loans, and services
Handle card services, ACH transactions, and member fraud claims as needed
Provide professional, courteous service while maintaining confidentiality

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using computers and working in a Windows-based environment
Must be bondable
Occasional travel to nearby branches may be required

Preferred

Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred
