Responsibilities

Day-to-day administration of global equity plans (RSUs, NQs, PSUs) and ESPP
Support internal HR teams, and assist employees with equity-related inquiries
Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Legal, HR, and HR Tech teams for equity management
Facilitate legal compliance and SEC filings, and support audits related to equity programs
Document program procedures and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems like Workday
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and customer-service orientation
Prior experience in equity compensation plan administration within a public company

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is a plus
