This role will focus on the analysis, configuration, and support of enterprise-level billing systems, leveraging Guidewire BillingCenter to deliver impactful technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to coordinate portfolio activities

Perform systems analysis and create technical and functional design documentation

Support application testing, including user acceptance testing

Maintain subject matter expertise in BillingCenter implementation

Lead complex change management initiatives such as training, documentation, and production readiness

Guide the configuration and implementation of BillingCenter solutions

Provide procedural support, ensuring compliance with security and corporate policies

Contribute to estimation and design processes during early project phases

Mentor business systems analyst peers to improve team capabilities

Manage production tasks, including triage, troubleshooting, and data analysis using SQL

Support compliance and product-related data requests

Participate in deployment support and monitoring activities
