Real Estate Loan Officer
Beehive Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit organization founded in 1960. The Real Estate Loan Officer will assist members by explaining loan programs, evaluating their needs, and processing loan applications while maintaining communication throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities
Explains loan programs to members, evaluates their needs, and recommends loan options. Prepares and submits loan applications
Reviews and evaluates financial information to determine if member, property, and loan conditions meet credit union standards
Makes decisions to approve, disapprove, or recommend the loan request to higher levels of authority
Maintains consistent communication with members, realtors, builders and other pertinent partners though the loan process
Will actively engage in needs-based selling
Qualification
Required
Two year college degree
Two to five years of similar experience
Must be able to maintain a significant level of trust and diplomacy when working with members
Must be able to understand lending policy and then make decisions accordingly
Must have above average communication skills using normal courtesy and tact
